Miguel Valdés
Founder
Mike is passionate about people and his ability to take action; for the way in which we impact and transform our environment, society and the different ways in which we face these changes.

With more than 15 years of experience in entertainment and mass consumption consulting companies such as Mercer, Fox Networks and Newell Brands, Miguel has collaborated with Human Resources leaders to position our function as a strategic partner with measurable financial results in productivity and income statements.

In his projects he continually uses strategies that combine different specialties with innovative perspectives that arise from disruptive thinking, agile, storytelling and design thinking.

In his career, he has been responsible for starting up HR departments, providing consulting to develop projects to improve operational efficiency, creating employee value proposition strategies (EVP / EVP) and leading high-performance teams.
Fernanda Ponce
Founder
Fernanda has contributed to the construction and innovation of Human Resources strategies for more than 18 years in multinationals in different industries such as Telecommunications, Internet, Media, Entertainment and the Pharmaceutical Industry.

He has developed an all-round knowledge of management through different roles and challenges assumed both with a local, LatAm and Global perspective, as an outstanding Country Head of HR for Fox Latin American Channels, Novartis, as well as Regional Director Center of Expertise HR for Disney Latin America.
​
Graduated with honor from the University of Buenos Aires as a Bachelor of Labor Relations, she continued with her postgraduate studies in Human Resources at the University of Salvador, Argentina. She is also an Ontological Coach certified by Newfield Network Chile with ICF validation.
Being the recipient of a study scholarship, she is currently studying the Start-Up Nation through the Innovation Experience Israel full program. Fernanda is curious and a lifelong learner. She is the mother of Pedro, whom she describes as her “teacher of life.” She also dedicates time to volunteering in causes related to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
